In pasture, immediately W of townland boundary with Mitchelstowndown North. A barrow (LI048-022----) lies 120m to the SW. Not marked on historic OSi maps. Identified as a rectangular enclosure from examination of Bórd Gáis Éireann Curraleigh-Limerick gas pipeline aerial photograph (BGE 1:5000 No. 2572) taken 03/11/1984. No surface remains visible on Digital Globe orthoimage taken between 2011-13 or on Google Earth orthoimages.
