This feature is mentioned in the 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork - vol. 4 North Cork (2000, 424) under the entry (no. 13765) for an enclosure (CO002-017001-). The extract from the entry reads: Linear feature (CO002-01702-) recorded in NE corner of field to S of enclosure; just inside W field boundary low rise runs E-W for 41m, before forming right angle at E end and running N for further 28m, stopping short of N field boundary. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 4: North Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2000).
