Armagh City holds an early Christian ditch and settlement site where faith first took root in County Armagh. The ditch marked a boundary between the sacred and the ordinary, while the settlement lived inside that line. People may have walked past the trench daily, carrying water, bread or prayers into a world still learning the shape of Christ.
