Dysart Castle stands as a ruined tower house in County Kilkenny, its stones stripped of roof and purpose. The absence of a visible record does not diminish the structure; it invites imagination to fill the chambers with unseen lives. What is known is that the castle existed, was built to tower above the land, and has since surrendered much of its form to time. The ruin itself becomes the story, preserving the shape of human ambition even when the details fade.
