Donal Roche

Donal Roche was born in Drimnagh, Dublin, on 16 April 1958. He is the seventh child of Joe and Sheila Roche, and he still carries that crowded house inside him. A kitchen full of voices, a small bed shared or squeezed, and love measured in patience rather than praise. All of that shaped the man who later stood in churches and listened to other people's storms.
