Dolmen (Remains of) — Report the wrong picture

What is recorded here

Three northern stones and an eastern backwall still mark a ruined gallery beside the Crinnaloo River, though the southern side has vanished into time. The remaining chamber stretches 3.3m through a valley where outer walling once enclosed the dead. There is no trace of a burial mound, only bare stone exposure and a separate anomalous group nearby. What is missing matters as much as what remains visible.

Situated in valley some 80m NW of Crinnaloo River. Ruined gallery (L 3.3m) aligned NE-SW, represented by three N sidestones and backstone at E end; no evidence of S gallery side. Gallery surrounded by outer walling on N, S and E sides. No indications of surrounding mound. Anomalous stone group (CO040-06401-) to NW. Portal dolmen; likely dates to the Neolithic or early Bronze Age. Its partial survival provides insight into megalithic construction techniques and funerary practices in the region.
