Courtyard of single and two-storey outbuildings, built c.1780, to east side of Daly's Grove country house. Comprises two-storey ranges to north and south, and single-storey range to west having segmental carriage archway. Hipped natural slate roofs, with corrugated-iron roof to later single-storey lean-to to east, and with limestone chimneystack to gable of single-storey west range, with replacement uPVC rainwater goods throughout. Square-headed openings with cut limestone voussoirs and tooled limestone sills. Blind alternate first floor openings to south range. Segmental-headed integral carriage arch to north with cut limestone voussoirs. Segmental arch connecting south and west ranges. Set adjacent to Daly’s Grove House, in extensive grounds with walled garden to West.

This collection of outbuildings is sited between Daly’s Grove country house and the walled garden, making it an important part of the estate. The formal design and closeness to Daly’s Grove house suggests that this was a well planned and significant farmyard. These stone buildings are simply detailed and well constructed, retain their original form and are an indicator of the prosperity of the estate.
