This feature (G2) was located by geophysical survey and described as 'cultivaton furrows' which are earlier than a field boundary that is shown on the 1840 OS map- see unpublished report 'Archaeological Impact Assessment & Geophysical Survey undertaken at Clonrobin, Kilbrin, Kanturk, Co. Cork', (2012) by Aidan Harte and James O'Driscoll, Munster Archaeology (Planning Reference 12/05457).
