Cross-slab in Toureen

Formerly situated at Toureen Peacaun monastery (TS075-023----) and currently unlocated. The cross-slab is listed in Waddell and Holland's (1990, 171, fig. 6.34) catalogue. The stone had been built into the internal face of the E gable of the church (TS075-023001-) and is recorded there in a photograph taken in the 1960s (Okasha and Forsyth (2001, 301).The stone is missing and is described by Okasha and Forsyth (2001, 302-03) from Waddell and Holland’s scale drawing as a small slab (H c. 0.11m; Wth c. 0.11m) which was 'a fragment of a slab of unknown form. On its visible face there was a portion of what appears to have been an outline cross'. It is listed as Toureen Peacaun 45 (ibid.).
