What is recorded here

Crannog in Drumsloe Lough is a buried island home in County Fermanagh, preserved beneath water since the early Christian period. The lough locked the wood, rope and stone together, keeping the shape of a living room intact while the world above forgot it. People may have stood on that wet deck, watched rain strike the surface and known they were building a room the lough would never release.

The official Northern Ireland record identifies this as CRANNOG in DRUMSLOE LOUGH. Recorded period: E.CHRIST.. The official map point was placed at the centre of the recorded archaeological site from the source map reference.
