Crannog in Baile Na Habhann Theas is a small overgrown island in the south of Loch an Chraoibhín, County Galway. Fragments of a disc quern, a wooden peg, an iron object and animal bone suggest people once lived there. The lake keeps the crannog half-hidden, but those broken things still point to hands, fire and daily life.
