Deer Park holds two conjoined rath enclosures, circular earthworks joined like a double chamber. They are recorded for the Christian era, though human hands may have shaped them before written history began. The pair suggests a place set aside for ritual, residence or display, where the boundary between inside and outside was drawn twice.
