Cloghabrona holds a massive capstone, nearly four metres across, tilted above a collapsed chamber in County Carlow. The stones have fallen inward, hiding the chamber they once framed, yet the capstone still spans the void like a door left open. People may have gathered there to mark death, honour ancestors or watch the sky, but the chamber no longer answers. What remains is a broken threshold, waiting for someone to imagine what it touched.

A portal dolmen dating to the Neolithic period; it represents an early form of megalithic tomb construction significant for understanding prehistoric burial practices in Ireland.
