Clochan in Fán

Cashel KE052-271---- and clochauns KE052-271001- & KE052-271002- are located on a S facing slope overlooking Dingle Bay. The outlines of 2 circular huts are discernible in the interior, (1) abutting the wall at SW, and (2) conjoined to the N side of (1). The huts measured 6.5m x 5.5m and 6m in internal diameter respectively and their walls are now reduced to low, grass-grown, stony banks. A .75m wide gap now marks the location of a communicating passage between the 2 structures, but each also had an independent entrance facing ESE and SE respectively.
