What is recorded here

Gateway, extant 1904, on a symmetrical plan comprising pair of rendered, ruled and lined piers having pine cone finial-topped cut-granite capping centred on segmental-headed gateway framing flat iron double gates. Road fronted at entrance to grounds of Clobemon Hall.
A gateway not only making a pleasing visual statement in a sylvan street scene at a secondary entrance on to the grounds of the Clobemon Hall estate, but also clearly illustrating the continued development or "improvement" of the estate in the later nineteenth century.

This does not grant access. Most recorded buildings are privately owned; view them only from public ground unless the owner allows entry.
