Cleish Castle

Scotland's National Record of the Historic Environment records Cleish Castle as Building (post Medieval). The official map says its point is accurate as follows: NGR given to the nearest 10m. The record does not by itself mean that the public may enter the place.

Cleish Castle was built in the 17th century by the Drummond family, who were prominent landowners in the area. It is remembered as a historic family seat and as an example of Scottish post-medieval domestic architecture.
