What is recorded here

In 1934 Bowman stood at that spot in North Cork and saw nothing but grass and soil. A church had existed there, perhaps for generations, but by then even its foundation had vanished. The land kept no edge, no stone, no mark that could be pointed to. Whatever was built and used and forgotten in that place left behind only absence, so complete it became indistinguishable from ordinary ground.

Not shown on 1842 and 1904 OS 6-inch maps. Marked on 1937 OS 6-inch map within burial ground (14163). Overgrown and inaccessible. According to Bowman (1934, 282), no sign of the church remains.
