Church (in ruins)

Present remains consist of parts of pre-Norman church, two-basin bullaun stone and well. Original church (min. L 18m; Wth 6m) represented by its W gable, adjacent portion of N wall and portion of S wall. Present E wall, continuation of N wall and S wall projection from W gable are later or recent origin. Walls are built with very large finely dressed granite stones (Wth 1m; H 1.5-3m). Entrance in W gable has round arch and simple mouldings along jamb edges. Granite boulder with two bullaun basins. Within graveyard to S of church is St Brigid's Well, now a modern shrine.
