Church (in Ruins)

According to Power (1917,17), the graveyard (CO064-033001-) contains the ruins of 'seana teampuilín' (church marked on all eds of OS 6-inch map); he notes that 'the foundations of the building are fairly traceable....some forty-eight feet by twenty-one feet internally' (ibid., 18). According tolocal information, lower courses of church wall still survive and no gravemarkers visible. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork.
