What is recorded here
A ruined church is marked in this area on Taylor's 1783 Map of County Kildare, but only a graveyard (KD022-003001-) is shown on the OS 6-inch mapping (1838 and 1939 editions). On a gentle S-facing slope. There were no visible surface traces of a church when visited in 1987 (SMR file). The graveyard appears to be modern, and virtually all the gravestones date to the 20th century.
