Dundermot Hill in Drumakeely holds a church, graveyard and buried treasures spanning the Bronze Age to medieval times. Bronze swords, querns, a stone axe, gold ring, horse shoe, beads and brooches have surfaced there, suggesting the land has long served both worship and memory. People may have prayed, buried their dead and hidden valuable objects beneath the same soil, layering human life across centuries.
