Childrens Burial Ground marks a narrow strip inside a Galway ringfort where small stones and larger boulders still lie scattered. Local memory claims the place remained in use until about sixty-five years ago, long after such practices should have vanished. That continuity transforms a cold archaeological note into a living warning: even when adults forget, the land keeps receiving what it is given.

Within W sector of ringfort (GA017-130----). An irregularly shaped area (N-S 17m, E-W 11m) within which numerous small set stones alternating with larger boulders (probably taken from the nearby cashel wall) are visible.
