Childrens Burial Ground stands on a raised grassy platform beside the Grange River in County Galway, where small rectangular graves and upright limestone headstones still mark rows of early deaths. The collapsed bank and scarped edges suggest people shaped this place deliberately before forgetting the names written on those stones. It is not a mysterious cache or abandoned fantasy; it is a child graveyard preserved in open land, where adulthood must learn to see loss without turning it into spectacle.

In grassland, on a raised platform, c. 100m N of the Grange River. An irregularly shaped area (E-W 43.5m, N-S 40m) enclosed at W and SE sides by a grassed-over collapsed stone and earthen bank; a sunken path forms the boundary at S; at N and E the edges are scarped. Within the interior, small rectangular stone-lined graves, with upright limestone headstones, are arranged in N-S running rows.
