Childrens Burial Ground in County Galway holds small limestone boulders aligned north-south, marking graves for babies and young children. The hawthorn tree growing through the western half suggests the site remained familiar long after its enclosure vanished. Flat farmland and distance from the nearby ringfort place it within an old settled landscape where loss was recorded simply, without monument or display.

In flat farmland, c. 180m S of ringfort (GA073-126----). Marked on 3rd ed. of OS 6-inch map (1933) as a small circular enclosure (D c. 10m). All that survives is a poorly preserved unenclosed square are (L/Wth 10m) occupied by several alignments of small set limestone boulders indicating graves oriented N-S.
