Children's Burial Ground is a small mound within a Galway ringfort, marked by a few scattered stones rather than grand monuments. Its modest size suggests it belonged to the youngest members of a forgotten community, perhaps infants or children whose deaths struck the settlement hard. The random placement of its markers resists tidy ceremony, preserving instead the raw urgency of grief when adults had no time for order.

Within a ringfort (GA043-032----). Small subrectangular mound (NW-SE c. 9m, NE-SW c. 6.5m), in fair condition, which is occupied by only a handful of randomly placed set stones indicating grave-markers.
