Children died young in Galway's low grassland, and adults carried them to a flat triangular mound where no marker remains. The burial ground stayed active until about 1930, meaning families kept returning through storms, fevers and ordinary Sundays. Its absence from memory is not emptiness; it is the shape of love refusing to be forgotten.

In low-lying grassland. According to local tradition, there is a CBG on a low flat-topped triangular mound (NE-SW 30m, NW-SE 15m, H < 1.5m) in SE corner of the field. No visible surface trace of any grave-markers survives. It was in use until c. 1930.
