Keel field is a children's burial ground hidden under pasture on a south-facing slope in Brownstown. The name Keel may come from cillineach, a word for child graves, yet no marker or mound remains visible. Sheep still walk where small lives may have slept, turning loss into ordinary ground.

In pasture, on a S-facing slope. According to local information, this field is known as the 'keel field'. 'Keel' is possibly a form of the Irish word 'cillíneach' which means a childern's burial ground. There are, however, no visible remains of any burial ground at ground level.
