Children's burial ground

What is recorded here

Until 1960, children were buried on the seashore at Trá an Dóilín, a place locals called Trá na bPáistí. The site sat on the east side of Cuan an Fhir Mhóir, with additional graves marked by stone circles further east. A modern carpark has since obliterated the beach, erasing the exact spots where those young lives ended.
