Within a rath (MA071-027002-). A rectangular building (c. 14m NE−SW; 6-7m NW−SE), annotated ‘Chapel (in ruins)’, is indicated in the centre of the rath on the 1838 OS 6-inch map; the building is not shown on the 1931 edition, where the location is marked ‘Chapel (site of)’.
