Within a rectangular cashel (CL010-064014-) on an elevated plateau of winter pasture, with slightly higher ground from N to NE and within a large field system (CL010-064001-). A collapsed ‘cave’ leading from the N side of the house site (CL010-064015-) in the E sector of the cashel. Depicted as extending under a rectangular slab (Westropp (1905, 221).
