Cave (Site of) — Report the wrong picture

In the 18th century, people filled the cave with earth and forgot it. The ringfort stood above the buried passage until bulldozers erased it in the 1970s. What remains is a absent center, a hole in the story where a chamber should be.

Not visible at ground level. Site located in centre of triangular shaped multi-ramparted ringfort (OF039-002001-) which was bulldozed in the 1970's. According to the ITA Survey (1943) the Man-made underground passage was blocked up in the 18th-century and was located in the centre of the ringfort.
