What is recorded here

In pasture, on a NE-facing slope, 31.5m NNE of Shancough church (SL035-052001-) and within the NE quadrant of an ecclesiastical enclosure (SL035-052004-). A lintelled opening (Wth 1.2m; H 0.75m) reveals a stone-lined passage (L 4.5m; max. H 1.25m) roofed with lintels. The passage extends in a SW direction towards the church and terminates where blocked by collapsed earth. A second Man-made underground passage (SL035-052005-) lies c. 50m WNW of the church.
