What is recorded here

Ballymaglancy Cave is a 726-metre underground river in County Galway where lesser horseshoe bats still fly through darkness that has never been fitted for tourists. The water cut the limestone long before people gave the place a name, and the bats returned after the human noise retreated. Its protection came not from grandeur but from the rarity of leaving such a chamber untouched.
