Marked as a Cave on the 1837 (MA 64) and 1915 eds of the OS 6-inch and situated at the crest of a S-facing slope on the perimeter of cashel (RO008-005001-) at S. Drystone-built, lintelled and corbelled passage (dims 5.1m N-S; 1.7m E-W; max. H 1.2m) now entered at S with a blocked creep (Wth 0.5m; H 0.5m plus) at the N end which has two lintels with cavities like vents (H 0.1m) above and below the upper lintel.
