Castlebank House, Terraced Garden is a 19th Century terraced garden in South Lanarkshire, Scotland. Stone steps may have carried water, scent and foot traffic upward through the land, shaping the house into a living machine rather than a dead monument. The territory still holds that much of its shape, even when the name fades from memory.
