Cornegey is an unmarked castle in County Roscommon, lost by Myles Cavanagh before 1596. Its walls may still lie buried beneath ordinary ground, waiting for a shovel or a storm to reveal the room where he last lived.
A castle at Cornegey had been lost by Myles Cavanagh by 1596 (Cronin 1980, 117). It is not identified.
