CASTLE in Scarva — Report the wrong picture

What is recorded here

Scarva castle stood in County Down during the seventeenth century, its stones marked on official maps as a formal fortress rather than a vague legend. It may have watched roads, collected taxes or sheltered people during troubled years, while ordinary lives moved through rooms now empty. The castle is gone except in measurement and memory, but that absence does not diminish it.

The official Northern Ireland record identifies this as CASTLE. Recorded period: C17TH. The official map point was placed at the centre of the recorded archaeological site from the source map reference.
