What is recorded here
Castlequarter is a ruined tower house in County Clare, Ireland. The surviving stones mark a defensive home where local people may have watched the lowlands, kept heat, or resisted invasion. Whatever rooms remained closed to ordinary life, the structure still distinguishes the quarter and keeps the area tied to a sharper era.
