Cashlan Brock stands as a possible tower house in County Offaly, its large limestone blocks still gripping a slightly elevated outcrop. The east wall stretches eleven metres with a subtle base batter, while fragments of the north and south walls resist the collapse that claimed the eastern angles. No west wall remains, leaving the structure open to the sky and memory. It is not a complete castle but a sharp limestone skeleton, preserving the shape of a building that once watched the Offaly landscape from above.
