Campbeltown, Castlehill, White Hart Hotel — Report the wrong picture

Castlehill in Campbeltown still holds the White Hart Hotel, a building born in the nineteenth century and still standing at the start of the twentieth. It faced the working town, giving sailors, merchants and wandering locals a warm room when the coastal wind cut through their coats. The hotel measured human distance better than any map, marking the place where travel paused and life continued.
