Cairn is an unclassified stone monument in County Galway, a place where human hands shaped the landscape before written memory began. The stones may have marked a boundary, a burial or a prayer, but that purpose has faded into the green Atlantic dark. What remains is a quiet invitation to imagine the lives that built it and the centuries that buried their names.
