Cairn is a cairn (unclassified) in Gortnaskehy (Upperchurch parish), County Tipperary, Ireland. It stands on the flat summit of Moher Hill, looking south-west across a broad valley. The circular structure measures 10.1 metres north-south and 10.5 metres east-west, marked by occasional small stones and a slight scarp. It covers a recently exposed trapezoidal cist with a large rectangular capstone.
