What is recorded here

Muckish Mountain still wears a flat-topped cairn eight metres across and a metre and a half high. Whether ancient hands built it or recent ones is unclear, giving the summit a deliberately stubborn mystery. The mountain does not need to explain itself; it shows the stones and waits for people to decide what they mean.
