What is recorded here

Thirty-three metres northeast, another shadow waits, and seventy-seven beyond it a third, forming a diagonal line across the pasture. The main cairn holds six and a half metres of packed earth, shallow enough for a child to climb but wide enough to swallow a room. Its flat top invites sitting, while the central hollow suggests someone once knelt there to listen. The western edge has surrendered to digging, perhaps for roots, perhaps for treasure, leaving the ancient geometry slightly broken.

On a slight rise in fairly even, gently SW-sloping land in pasture. This grass-covered subrectangular cairn (base 6.5m N-S; 6.1m E-W; top 3.3m N-S; 4.7m E-W; H 0.3-0.6m) has a rather flat top. The cairn appears to have been dug into along its W edge; there is also a hollow (D 0.25m) in the centre.
