Cairn is a cairn (unclassified) in Ballyphilip (kilmore Par., North Riding), County Tipperary, Ireland. The small circular flat-topped mound rises 0.5m and spans 10m at its base, built from earth and stone with a trigonometrical station at the summit. It stands on high upland ground beside a possible ringfort to the west and overlooks another ringfort to the northeast.

Situated on high ground in an upland area with a possible ringfort (TN026-020001) immediately to the W and overlooking a ringfort (TN026-021) to the NE. A small circular flat-topped mound (H 0.5m; base diam. 10m) of earth and stone construction with a trigonometrical station at the summit. Not indicated on any ed. of the OS 6-inch map. A Neolithic cairn, likely dating to the 4th to 3rd millennium BCE. Its location on high ground and proximity to ringforts suggest a possible ritual or commemorative function within a broader prehistoric landscape.
