What is recorded here
Clearance debris from the adjacent cashel, not a ceremonial monument, though it sits beside a true buried cairn and a distant earthwork on ground freed from a drowned lake. That is why the area feels crowded rather than sacred. The lake retired, the stones appeared, and human hands kept moving earth there long after the water left.
The large cairn (Gannon 1972) inside cashel (RO008C019001-) is in fact a spoil mound.
