What is recorded here

Some 250m SE of an extensive field system (GA057-067002-). Circular ringfort (D 53.5m), in fair condition, defined by two banks and an intervening fosse. There is a stone-lined entrance at SSE. Within the interior is a Man-made underground passage (GA057-068001-). Caheravoley is a circular ringfort, likely dating to the early medieval period, characterized by two banks, a fosse, and a stone-lined entrance. Local tradition may associate such sites with fairy folklore, as "Caher" often refers to a fairy fort in Irish tradition.
