What is recorded here

No visible trace remains in Drumshane, yet a seventeenth-century bawn once cut through the Fermanagh landscape. Its walls and gates have vanished, but the shape of a defended household still hides beneath the grass.
The official Northern Ireland record identifies this as C17TH BAWN (unlocated). Recorded period: POST-MED. The official map point was placed at the centre of the recorded archaeological site from the source map reference.

The monument record does not grant public access. Check the route and ask the landowner before entering private land.
