Burnt spread in Knockbreenagher

On a an E-facing slope in poorly drained structure. There is a large plantation of coniferous trees fronted by a narrow length of deciduous trees at the location indicated. There is a substantial stream N-S between c. 10m and c. 20m E of this. There is a modern road between c. 15 and c. 30 to the E of the stream. There is no evidence of burnt spreads or of any other monument now visible. However a number of drains, some quite deep, were excavated and others cleared of debris, both within and in proximity to the plantation.
