In pasture, on the NE shore of Lough Bekan.
When inspected in 1998, this burnt spread was visible as a roughly circular area (diam. 6-8m) of black soil marked by differential vegetation growth; no stones were visible. Its full original extent is unclear.
There are a burnt mounds (MA092-114----; MA092-115----; MA092-116----) c. 180m to WNW, c. 25m to NW and c. 220m to NW, respectively.
